Saturday, 9 November, the All Blacks, the New Zealand rugby team, won the test match against, Les Bleus, 26-19. This year, the All Blacks have won 12 out of 12 test matches. They also, have won 31 matches out of 33 matches since 2011.
The two teams were in good form in front of a large crowd of 81 000 spectators at the Stade de France. The 21 year old winger, Charlie Piutau, was the determining factor.
The All Blacks wore a white uniform with a red poppy to commemorate Armistice Day. They told journalists, “It is important to remember the soldiers that died in the war.” To show their respect, the All Blacks placed a wreath on the tomb of the unknown soldier, under the Arc de Triomphe.
